Delete your Project-B data

Last updated: August 11, 2026

The normal account-wide deletion path is inside Project-B: open Settings, choose Delete All Account Data, review the confirmation, and confirm only when you are ready. This action is permanent from the user’s product perspective.

On this page

  1. Delete all account data
  2. Workspace deletion
  3. Connected services
  4. Revoke Meta access
  5. Revoke Google access
  6. Retention and third parties
  7. Support

1. Delete all account data from Project-B

Open Project-B, go to Settings, and choose Delete All Account Data. Review the confirmation carefully before continuing. Once confirmed, the account-wide deletion is permanent and cannot be undone through Project-B.

  1. Open Project-B.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete All Account Data.
  4. Review the deletion confirmation.
  5. Confirm only when you are ready to permanently remove the account-associated Project-B data covered by the deletion action.

2. Delete Workspace is different

Delete Workspace removes the selected workspace. It is not the same as deleting all account data. Use Delete All Account Data in Settings only when you intend to remove the account-associated Project-B data covered by the account-wide deletion action.

3. Connected services

Before or after deleting Project-B data, users may also revoke third-party authorization directly through Google or Meta account controls where appropriate. Deleting Project-B data does not automatically delete information independently controlled by Google, Meta, payment providers, or other third parties. Content already published to or retained by an external service may remain subject to that provider’s controls and policies.

4. Revoke Facebook / Instagram permissions

  1. Sign in to the Facebook account that authorized the Project-B connection.
  2. Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  3. Open Business Integrations or the current area that lists connected apps and business integrations.
  4. Select Project-B or Inciver and choose the option to remove or revoke access.
  5. Review related Instagram professional account, Page, Accounts Center, or Business settings connections where applicable.

Meta may change the names or locations of these settings. Revoking authorization prevents future access through that authorization; it is separate from deleting Project-B data.

5. Revoke Google permissions

  1. Open Google Account connections while signed in to the Google account used with Project-B.
  2. Find the Project-B or Inciver connection.
  3. Review its access and choose the option to remove or delete the connection.

Revoking authorization prevents future access through that Google connection; it is separate from deleting Project-B data.

6. Retention and independent third-party copies

Confirmed deletion permanently removes the account-associated Project-B data covered by the in-product deletion action from the user’s product perspective. Inciver does not claim that every protected backup is erased instantly. Limited information may remain where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or documenting the deletion. Information independently controlled by third parties is unaffected and must be managed through those providers.

7. Support if you cannot access Project-B

If you cannot access the application or account, encounter a deletion problem, or have a privacy question, email support@inciver.com. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment-card numbers, or card security codes. For more detail, read the Inciver Privacy Policy.
