1. Acceptance

By accessing or using an Inciver service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use a service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Description of Inciver and Project-B

Inciver builds software for business creation and operation. Project-B is a connected workspace that may provide business roadmaps, research, website and store tools, marketing workflows, customer-support functionality, operations planning, an assistant, account services, and related features. Features may differ by plan, connected provider, region, release stage, or technical availability.

3. Accounts

Some features require an Inciver account. You must provide information that is accurate enough to create and maintain the account, use an account you are authorized to control, and keep account information reasonably current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a failure within Inciver’s control.

4. Account security

You must protect passwords, devices, active sessions, and connected-service permissions. Do not share authentication credentials or authorization tokens. Notify Inciver promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Inciver may require authentication or account verification before completing a security-sensitive request.

5. Appropriate and lawful use

Use the services only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access; evade limits or security controls; disrupt the service; distribute malware; scrape or overload systems in an abusive manner; infringe the rights of others; impersonate another person or business; or use Inciver to create, store, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.

6. User content

You retain your rights in business ideas, documents, website content, marketing drafts, instructions, and other material you provide, subject to any rights held by others. You grant Inciver and necessary service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide and use the content.

7. Connected third-party services

Project-B may connect to third-party accounts and platforms at your direction. You authorize Inciver to exchange the information needed to perform the enabled workflow within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect supported integrations, but disconnecting may stop dependent features or leave previously completed actions in place on the third-party platform.

8. AI-generated outputs

Project-B may generate text, research summaries, recommendations, plans, drafts, or other outputs using AI-powered systems. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, not unique, or unsuitable for a particular use. You must review outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them and must check facts, permissions, and legal or professional requirements relevant to your use.

9. Responsibility for business decisions

You remain responsible for business, operational, financial, marketing, hiring, legal, and other decisions made using the service. Inciver provides tools and information to support work; it does not make guarantees about revenue, demand, funding, business viability, campaign results, or other commercial outcomes.

10. Research and information limitations

Research outputs may depend on public sources, user inputs, connected providers, and automated analysis. Sources can be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or interpreted incorrectly. Research is informational and should be independently verified when accuracy is important. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated advice.

11. Website and store publishing

When website or store publishing is supported, you choose what to publish and are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, product information, customer terms, and other content of the published site or store. Domain, hosting, commerce, and external service availability may depend on the selected plan and third-party requirements.

12. Marketing and social publishing

Project-B may help create, schedule, or publish content on supported connected channels after you configure or approve the workflow. You are responsible for reviewing content, audiences, timing, permissions, claims, and compliance before approval. Inciver does not claim access to unrelated social content or support for a channel unless it is identified as supported in the current product.

13. Google and Meta connected services

Google, Gmail, Facebook, and Instagram connections are subject to the permissions you approve and to the relevant provider’s terms, policies, account status, and technical availability. Inciver does not receive provider passwords through OAuth. You may disconnect supported connections and revoke access in the provider’s account settings. Revocation can prevent Project-B from completing future connected actions.

14. Plans

Project-B may offer free and paid plans with different features and workspace limits. The current plan catalog and authenticated account state determine the effective plan and entitlements. Public descriptions summarize features and do not override the current catalog, in-product availability, or a clearly identified release status such as “Coming Soon.”

15. Subscriptions

When paid subscriptions become available, the selected subscription, billing interval, price, currency, and renewal state will be shown before a charge or plan change is completed. A subscription may depend on successful payment and provider confirmation. Merely viewing or selecting a paid plan while checkout is unavailable does not activate the plan or create a charge.

16. Payment-provider status

Payment processing and public checkout are not active at this time. Any paid-plan presentation before activation is informational. When payments are introduced, an authorized payment provider will handle payment-card processing, and its availability and terms may also apply to the transaction.

17. Billing when available

When billing is enabled, Inciver may use limited transaction and subscription information received from the payment provider to manage plan access, payment status, renewal, and cancellation state. The checkout or billing interface will present the applicable amount, currency, interval, and status. These terms do not establish a refund or tax rule that has not been separately and clearly presented.

18. Cancellation and resumption

Where an active subscription interface offers “cancel renewal,” cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and access ordinarily continues through that period. Where “resume renewal” is available before the period ends, using it restores scheduled renewal for that subscription, subject to the status shown in the account and successful future payment. Cancellation or resumption does not retroactively change an already completed billing period.

19. Inciver intellectual property

Inciver and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, product interfaces, branding, documentation, and original content, excluding user content. These terms permit use of the services for their intended purpose but do not grant a right to copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, misrepresent, or create confusingly similar branding from Inciver materials.

20. Service availability

Inciver works to keep services available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, security work, technical failures, provider outages, internet conditions, or events outside reasonable control. A connected feature can become unavailable when a third party changes its API, permissions, terms, or account status.

21. Changes to the service

Inciver may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as products develop. Inciver may also adjust plan presentation or entitlements through the authoritative service catalog. Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, the account or service interface should be consulted for the current status and available action.

22. Suspension, termination, and user deletion

Inciver may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect an account, user, third party, or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; respond to nonpayment once billing is active; or address a material breach of these terms. Users may stop using the service and use Settings → Delete All Account Data for the normal account-wide Project-B deletion flow. Once the user reviews and confirms that action, it is permanent and cannot be undone through Project-B. Delete Workspace affects only the selected workspace. See the Data Deletion instructions. Some provisions and limited records may continue where their nature or a legitimate retention need requires it.

23. Third-party platforms

Third-party platforms, websites, APIs, infrastructure, and payment services are operated independently. Inciver does not control their content, availability, security, policies, or decisions. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and permissions, and Inciver is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions.

24. Reasonable disclaimers

Services and outputs are provided based on current functionality and available information. Inciver does not promise that every output will be error-free, that every integration will remain available, or that using Project-B will produce a particular business or marketing result. Features described as drafts, unavailable, experimental, or coming soon should not be treated as currently operational.

25. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inciver is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s unlawful use, failure to secure credentials, unreviewed publication of user-approved content, independent third-party outages or actions, or reliance on a feature clearly identified as unavailable or coming soon. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

26. Changes to these terms

Inciver may update these terms as the website, Project-B, connected services, or operating model changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their published effective date, subject to any additional notice required by applicable law.

28. Refund Policy

Paid Project-B subscription charges are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Inciver may, at its discretion, offer free trials, promotional access, discounts, or similar opportunities. These offers are not guaranteed to every user and may be limited to selected users, plans, or periods. The availability or non-availability of a trial does not create an entitlement to one or limit any rights provided by applicable law.
